About Marc

Marc is the Founder of Towers Fiduciary Pte. Ltd., an Independent Investment Management consulting company. Previously he was a Director in Investment Operations at PAAMCO where his responsibilities included overseeing PAAMCO’s Asia-based Operational Due Diligence efforts and Compliance for PAAMCO’s Asia operations. He was also a member of the firms Risk Management Committee. Prior to joining PAAMCO, Marc was the Head of Operational Due Diligence for KBC Alpha Asset Management based in Hong Kong. Before joining KBC in 2006, Marc was Chief Operating Officer of Azura Capital Advisors in Singapore, where he established and managed the operations of a multi-strategy Asia macro hedge fund. Prior to this, he worked for Credit Suisse, originally in London and then in Asia in a number of different roles including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product Control for the Emerging Markets Division. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Perth, Western Australia. Marc is a past member of the AIMA Singapore Regulatory Committee. He has twenty plus years of investment experience.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Business degree with majors in both Accounting and Business Law from Curtin University, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (CA) and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Licensed as a Professional Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) to act as a director of Luxembourg UCITS.

About Kemmy

Kemmy is a Partner of Towers Fiduciary Pte. Ltd., an Independent Investment Management consulting company. Previously, she was a Partner and Managing Director of Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company Asia Pte Ltd.(Singapore) and has taken various roles with PAAMCO during her 17 years with the organization which she joined during its start-up phase. Her more recent roles included serving as the Head of PAAMCO’s Asia office which she set up in August 2006 and she was also the Sector Specialist for the firm’s Asia Long/Short Equity portfolio which she managed between 2006 to 2017. In addition to these key responsibilities, Kemmy also maintained institutional relationships in the region and she was a committee member in the firm’s Investment Oversight Committee. Before leaving Singapore to pursue her MBA, Kemmy worked in Banque Nationale de Paris (Singapore Branch) as a credit analyst and started her career with DBS in retail banking. Kemmy is involved in 100 Women in Finance –Singapore Chapter and is one of the founding members of this chapter which started in Sept 2014. More recently, she is part of the committee that focuses on members who are senior in terms of their work experience and role in their organization and is involved in the organization’s Women on Boards initiative that promotes the industry’s growing efforts to include more women on Corporate/For Profit and Non-profit boards.

Kemmy received her MBA from the University of California, Irvine and her BBA from the National University of Singapore. She is also a CFA Charterholder and had the opportunity to attend Harvard Business School’s executive education program on Leading Professional Service Firms.
