About Towers Fiduciary
Towers Fiduciary is a boutique investment management consulting company founded by Marc Towers to provide independent non-executive directorships and other fiduciary services to the alternative investment management industry. Our core service is the provision of independent director services to investment funds, partnerships, private companies and special purpose vehicles established in key financial centres including the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, Singapore and the US (including Delaware).
Specialised Services
In addition to providing independent non-executive directorship services to investment funds we will also consider certain other fiduciary services and appointments including due diligence services, general consulting, membership of an advisory board, valuation, risk or other committees, and appointments to the board of directors of management companies.
